When ordering a product the order is confirmed within 24 hours. The confirmation is sent via e-mail unless otherwise stated. Read more in the FAQ. If you don´t pick-up your package and it is sent back to us you will be charged 40€ ( Euros ) and your order will be removed. You will then have to place a new order if you still want your order.
Delivery time is normally 3-6 days unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation (except at high season and out of stock). International orders will take longer, usually 4-12 days. Read more in the FAQ.
Delivery is usually done with the Post or DHL.
We bear the risk if the product is lost or damaged during transport to the customer. At the event of a returne to us the customer takes the corresponding risk and cost of delivery. In the event of shipping damage or loss, this must be notified to us within 3 days. If the damage is visible, this must be communicated to the carrier immediately. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier's bill of lading upon receipt. In case of hidden transport damage it must be reported to us within 3 days. One tip is to photograph the damage before you open the package.
Shipping Outside of Sweden
Import duties and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Please note that it is your responsibility ( customer ) to declare and pay customs fees for your orders if you live in a country outside the EU.
Free delivery within Sweden, international orders are priced from 99kr ( 10 € ) in freight-dependent country.
Returns / Exchanges / Warranty
We have 1 year warranty on all our products. 14 days and / or exchange policy applies in accordance with the distance agreement in Sweden Law. This means that all customers can return an error within 14 days of receipt, and receive an amount equivalent to the value of goods recovered. Alternatively, switch to an equivalent product, or pay the difference if the new would be more expensive than the original product. Shipping / PR fees are not refundable. For unclaimed parcels or refusal to accept delivery any shipping costs are charged, and + 50€ in fee.
We also reserve the right to reimbursement of expenses incurred in the form of costs for handling and storage or eventual repatriation to the supplier. An uncollected shipment is not considered use of the right of withdrawal. The item must be in new condition when returning to us. All prices include VAT. VAT on bags is 25%, and clothing / accessories / other 25%. If VAT rates change, we reserve the right to adjust our prices to the same VAT rate.
Discounts are not redeemable for cash, discounts do not apply with other offers or gift certificates.
We reserve the right to delivery time may take longer for such communication, strike, force majeure, or delays in delivery company and other unpredictable events.
Cancellations can be made until the order is effected. This means that the cancellation can be done until we or our supplier sent out the order. Cancellation must be made in writing via e-mail or by contact with our customer service. In connection with the cancellation, we send out an e-mail confirming that the order is canceled. The receipt / invoice (e-mail) is your warranty and should be considered a valuable document.
